Now, I honestly
would have printed her whole retort here, had it been the
slightest bit witty or informative. Guess what. It wasnt.
In fact what
it was, was laborious to read, so Im saving a lot of
people a lot of time they otherwise would have never got back.

spelling and grammar, let me put this so you will understand

your opinion and thats great. However, your use of capital
letters is annoying, and your retorts made me sleepy. You
tried to point out his bad grammar and spelling and yours
is at the same level
only you used spell check. Im

Hi,
I came across this website,
and have determined that Mr/Mrs. "Fired From Rogers" is
nothing but a bitter idiot.
It takes a lot for someone
to be fired from Rogers, chances are, you were fired because
you a) were always late or sick OR b) were just the sort
of moron you talk about in your email about rogers service.
Let's make one thing clear........ALL
yes ALL telecommunciations companies are the same, it doesn't
matter where in the world you live (and I have done this
job in many countries). What people need to understand
is......IT IS A BUSINESS!!!! how many of the readers of
this website would credit people's accounts month after
month to a zero balance??? If you owned a company...would
you make any money? NO. You all should be intelligent enough
to discern that.
As for "FIRED FROM ROGERS",
he is full of shit and just a bantering person who lost
there job, probably rightfully so. Yes, such a thing
as "FELIX" exists, and yes it does have a listing of any
billing problems that occur, but it is not a database of
crap to screw the customer. Quite the opposite.
It exists to assist customers and people taking calls.
There is much much much more info in there! Call Bell,
Telus or FIdo........they all have "Databases" too.
So does "McDonalds" for christ's sake, people get a grip
and stop living with an entitlement mentatlity!!!!
By the way........FIRED FROM
ROGERS...........you listed your fired date on the web......dumbass.......go
and check the confidentiality agreement that you signed
when hired.........go and check your "package" and ask yourself
if you really want anymore money from the company. Obviously
not. So, unless you were fired with less than 2 years
in, your "severence package" could be voided simply from
this posting.............hmm. wonder why you are where you
are?

So you have "determined
that Fired From Rogers (FFR) is a bitter idiot".
You know, they have yet to invent an instrument powerful
enough to measure YOUR level of stupidity.
FFR was essentially fired
over compensating some billing disputes that required compensation
due to ROGERS own negligence. So that makes FFR an
idiot how exactly?? I have corresponded with FFR and he/she
is an intelligent person, wrongfully dismissed with a legitimate
beef. And as far as being bitter, doing your job to the
best of your ability and actually helping customers is NOT
something youre supposed to lose your job for. Who
wouldnt be resentful about that??
The only well-informed
comment you made above is, "It takes a lot for someone
to be fired from Rogers". And the reason for that is
they will hire anyone with a pulse and a voice box to man
the phones. FFR broke their unwritten policy by actually
helping customers and made billing corrections that were
justified.
With your verification
of "FELIX" and reference to their severance package
I will have to assume you are just another straight spined,
talking ROGERS monkey who cant bear to hear something
negative about their employer. So just keep your thumb up
your ass and your head in the clouds and when they say,
"Jump!" dont forget to say, "How high?".
And you may want to stop visiting this site if people ragging
on ROGERS upsets you. There are more than 130 rants posted
so far and something tells me, theyre not going to
stop coming in.
